Cooking up a storm!

This feisty young Lusitanian woman will prove a valuable ally to Asterix and Obelix. She runs a respected inn in Olisipo (Lisbon) and is married to Bouillabess who’s also a cook… in Olisipo’s prisons where Umaminess is wrongly being held prisoner. Nellia knows how to lay on a good meal (and her vinho verde definitely appeals to Obelix), and the Romans are well aware of her culinary talents. What they don’t know, though, is she has a rebellious spirit and she doesn’t mince her words when it comes to criticising the Roman occupiers… or helping the Gauls with their never-ending campaign of resistance.
