Prefect of the Gauls.
Caricature of Georges Fronval, leading specialist on Westerns, who one day managed to get John Wayne, Albert Uderzo's idol, to visit the offices of the magazine Pilote. Unfortunately, the Asterix artist was absent that day .
When you travel around on a litter carried by four slaves, you have all the time in the world to come up with the craziest ideas. Odius Asparagus is an ace at this and he finally decides that the perfect gift for him to offer Caesar in his role as Prefect of the Gauls is one of the indomitable Gauls! It is, at the very least, the one opportunity the bard will ever have to practice his art in front of a large, enthusiastic audience! Until he starts warming up his voice, that is .
